Mt Tuesday evening Dhamma talk and our sangha discussion is on the Ratana Sutta. In this sutta, the Buddha teaches the true meaning of taking refuge in the Buddha, his Dhamma, and a well-informed and well-focused sangha.

“There is no more precious jewel than the teachings of the Buddha, the Dhamma. Understanding this brings true liberation and freedom...”  (Ratana Sutta)

Each Tuesday class will have a twenty-minute Shamatha-Vipassana meditation followed by my Dhamma talk and Sangha discussion and conclude with Metta intentional meditation.
