This is the third week of our 2019 Truth Of Happiness Dhamma Study. My Dhamma talk and our sangha discussion is on the Four Foundations Of Mindfulness. In the Satipatthana Sutta, the Buddha teaches the Four Foundations of Mindfulness as the framework for what occurs during meditation and as a reference for mindfulness in all areas of a Dhamma practitioner's moment-by-moment life.
“When thoughts are deluded be mindful that thoughts are deluded. When thoughts are free of delusion be mindful that thoughts are free of delusion..” (Satipatthana Sutta)
