Ratana Sutta true Refuge July 27 2017

This a recording of our Thursday evening Dhamma class at Cross River Meditation Center in Frenchtown, New Jersey from July 27, 2017.

My Dhamma talk and our Sangha discussion is on the Ratana Sutta. In this sutta the Buddha teaches a the folks of a town devastated by natural disaster and disease the true meaning of taking refuge in the Buddha, his Dhamma, and a well-focused Sangha.
