Kimsuka Sutta A Swift Pair of Messngers July 4 2017

This a recording of our Tuesday evening Dhamma class at Cross River Meditation Center in Frenchtown, New Jersey from July 4, 2017.

This talk  and sangha discussion is the on the Kimsuka Sutta. In this sutta the Buddha uses the metaphor of a Swift Pair of Messengers to teach the importance of Right Meditation.
