This is a recording of our Saturday morning Dhamma class from Cross River Meditation Center in Frenchtown, New Jersey on July 13, 2019. The stream begins every Saturday at 8:30 AM Eastern US time.

 

My Saturday Dhamma talk and our sangha discussion is on the Avarana and Nibbana Suttas. These Suttas directly address the Five Hindrances to developing the Eightfold Path and how to recognize and abandon them.
