My Thursday Dhamma talk, streamed live at 7:15 pm Eastern US Time, will be from the Dhammapada. The thirteenth chapter of the Dhammapada is known as the Lokavagga. Freeing oneself from entanglements with the world is the purpose of the Buddha’s Dhamma.

“Do not follow those corrupted by the world. Do not live mindlessly. Abandon false views. Abandon worldly entanglements.” (Dhammapada 13)
